Eden Roc Miami Beach: the beach, less than 15 steps

A great past:
The Eden Roc is one of the classic hotels of Miami Beach, which used to be frequented by celebrities of the 50s and 60s. It was built in 1956, and almost right next to another historic rival : the Fontainebleau, by architect Morris Lapidus . Over the years , a new tower was added .
In total, 631 total rooms.
He recently joined the Destinations Hotels & Resorts chain.

With eyes on the sea:
Is on Collins and 45th Street, Miami Beach area there known as Millionaire 's Row, between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intercoastal canal.
It has direct access to the sea and to a restaurant, Cabana Beach Club, ensuring that is the only area that is on the beach.

In addition to several pools and gardens. It is one of those hotels that come to life , where the central bar is always busy, no events, conventions, even a Starbucks in the lobby and through several corridors need to get to the room.

What are the 15 steps ?
Just a month ago 15 Steps opened the new restaurant, inspired by the 15 steps which they claim are needed to grow a vegetable, catch a fish and cook perfect meat . The proposal is for the farm to table , organic products that Chef Jeremy Ford is responsible for getting on farms.

Elle Spa
Another major renovations is the addition of a couple of years Elle Spa , a modern aesthetic associated with the women's magazine does.
